Wild Birthday Saturday!

O hai! thought id start a thread to get the ball rolling on whats gonna happen saturday 5th. thats jonnys phils bells and my bday celebration

we need to think about what we're actually gonna do for it, bell? any ideas what you wanna do?

i think it goes without saying, we need to get 4 times as pissed

why do they all need to be done together?

cos people moan and say they dont have enough money for too many nights out

Well, I have tickets for Saturday 5th July to get in liquid free, early, and a round of drinks free - before 11pm tho.

I'm down with anything really - altho London/anywhere-with-a-similar-cost will be a major stretch for me at short notice.

Anyone got a master-plan?

think philistine wanted to go for a meal somewhere, jonny wanted to go out of town, tbh i personally dont mind. altho there might be a prob with these if lots of people are going to come

whats wrong with doing something this weekend for bell/johnny and next weekend phil/west?

It won't be much of a birthday celebration for me if I'm not there! Don't think Johnny wants to go out this weekend either. Matt & Hailey aren't around. Plus, we have more to look forward to if we don't go out this weekend. We don't have to go out EVERY weekend...

If we must - Maybe we can have a couple of pints (and I mean that literally, not the usual "let's go out for one-or-two drinks" but end up in liquid) on Sat evening? But that's my final offer guvna.

tbh, I doubt it will be particularly different to any other night we have up the town. Except it will have a label of "Johnny/West/Phil/Bello's bday celebration". We will still do the same thing - go out, get drunk, not remember it the day after. The only difference in terms of what we do 'could' be that we go for a meal... if we want to. You could opt out of the meal and meet us later if you wana save money. No-one will judge you... we just might spread rumours that you are at home with a cat or something, that's all!

so the plan for your 4's birthday is a meal tba and then onto town for liquid. way to live it up lol

Hence the discussion from now to decide a plan. Do you have any suggestions for a "way to live it up"?

generally anywhere thats not harlow is a start. my suggestion would be a whole day in london. spend some more time in the bar at tower quays. theres so many places we could go to eat later on restuarant wise then hit the last train back and if people have the burning desire to go to liquid they can. other alternatives could include stevenage - lots of bars/food places/clubs, cambridge - new, or watford.

i agree with most of what you say gates. it would be nice to go out of town, im not sure how many people could be convinced of it tho, especially to go somewhere new

Saturday (as per usual) is a no go area for me, and plus due to the fact that its 2 weeks before Kos, I'm in saver mode until then.
